Thank you for using Rahub. Your privacy is important to us. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect your information when you use our mobile application.

Rahub is intended for users aged 18 and over. You do not need to create an account or provide your email address, phone number, or real identity to play.

1. Information We Collect

We may collect the following types of information:

a) Information you provide:

• Display name (profile name) shown on your profile, leaderboards, and in chats. You can set and change it at any time.
• Messages and content you send in private (peer-to-peer) and group chats.

b) Automatically collected information:

• Device and other identifiers (such as device model, operating system, the Google Advertising ID, and app-instance identifiers)
• Approximate, country-level location (for example, derived from your IP address or by our advertising partner). We do not collect precise GPS location.
• Usage data (in-app interactions and game activity)
• Diagnostics and crash data (performance information and crash reports)

2. Chat and Communication Data

Rahub allows users to communicate via private and group chats.

• Messages are stored on our servers temporarily.
• Messages are available to users for up to 48 hours.
• After 48 hours, messages are no longer accessible to users.
• Chat data may be retained on our servers for a limited period (up to a few months) for moderation, security, and technical purposes, after which it is deleted.
• Users can report messages and block other users.

We do not use chat content for advertising purposes.

3. Use of Information

We use collected information to:

• Provide and improve the game experience
• Enable chat, leaderboards, matchmaking, and social features
• Display your country and ranking
• Maintain security, prevent abuse, and enforce our policies
• Diagnose problems, monitor performance, and analyze how the app is used
• Send notifications related to gameplay (for example, match requests)
• Provide customer support
• Display advertisements

4. Third-Party Services

We use trusted third-party services that may process some of the data described above:

• Google AdMob — to display ads. AdMob may collect and process device identifiers, approximate location, IP address, and usage data to provide personalized and non-personalized ads.
• Google Firebase (Analytics & Crashlytics) — to understand how the app is used and to collect crash and diagnostic reports so we can improve stability.
• Firebase Cloud Messaging — to deliver push notifications.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information.

We may share limited data with trusted third-party services for:

• Advertising: approximate location and device/advertising identifiers may be shared with Google AdMob for advertising and ad measurement.
• Analytics and diagnostics: usage, diagnostic, and crash data are processed through Firebase on our behalf.

We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights, safety, and security of our users and our service.

6. Data Retention

• Chat messages: visible for 48 hours, stored temporarily (up to a few months) for operational purposes, then deleted.
• Profile and gameplay data: retained as long as your profile is active or as needed to provide services.
• Diagnostic and analytics data: retained for a limited period in line with our providers' policies.

7. Data Security

All data is transferred over secure, encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS). We implement reasonable security measures to protect your data. However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Children's Privacy

Rahub is intended for users aged 18 and over and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact us and we will remove it.

9. Your Rights

You may request:

• Access to your data
• Deletion of your data

by contacting us. You can also reset your advertising identifier or opt out of personalized ads through your device's settings.

10. International Users

Rahub is available to users in many countries. By using the app, you understand that your information may be processed and stored on servers that may be located outside your country of residence.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted here with an updated "Last Updated" date.
